These Terms govern use of RewardMee (rewardmee.com), an online platform where eligible users may earn rewards by completing qualifying third-party offers, surveys, and other activities. By registering or using RewardMee you agree to these Terms.

1. Operator and contact

RewardMee is a website operated by an individual based in Romania. RewardMee is the platform name, not a registered company name. Contact: support@rewardmee.com. The operator’s legally required identification details must be completed before this document is treated as a final legal notice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or older if required by applicable law or an offer provider. You must use accurate account details and comply with the geographic and other eligibility conditions shown for each offer. One person may maintain only one account unless RewardMee explicitly permits otherwise. Keep your login credentials secure.

3. Offers and tracking

Offers are supplied by independent third parties. Eligibility, reward amounts, milestones, time limits, availability and verification rules may change. A click, registration, survey attempt or screenshot does not by itself guarantee a reward. You must follow each offer's instructions. Tracking can fail if required permissions are denied, tracking is blocked, or offer conditions are not met. Report missing rewards through Support with relevant details.

4. Pending and Available balances

Rewards initially appear as Pending when reported by an offer provider. Pending amounts are not withdrawable and do not count toward the withdrawal minimum. Only after the provider confirms and the platform reconciles a valid reward can it become Available. Rejected, duplicate, invalid, fraudulent or reversed transactions may be cancelled or reversed in accordance with applicable law and provider evidence. A displayed balance is not a guaranteed payment until validated.

5. PayPal withdrawals

The current minimum withdrawal request is US $5 in Available balance. Withdrawals are requested through the Wallet and are reviewed and processed manually via PayPal. You must supply a valid PayPal email and comply with PayPal's terms and applicable rules. Processing times can vary; RewardMee does not promise instant payment. Where a request cannot be completed, Support will provide assistance and any applicable balance adjustment. Changes to withdrawal conditions will be disclosed on the website; earned rights under mandatory law are not waived.

6. Prohibited activity

Do not use bots, VPNs or proxies to misrepresent eligibility, fabricated information, duplicate accounts, unauthorized referrals, automated surveys, manipulated tracking, or other deceptive methods. Do not complete offers for another person or bypass third-party terms. We may investigate suspicious activity, temporarily restrict payouts during review, and suspend or terminate accounts for substantiated abuse, subject to applicable law and an opportunity to contact Support.

7. Third-party services

Third-party offer providers and PayPal have their own terms and privacy notices. RewardMee does not control their availability, eligibility decisions or content. Users should review their conditions before participating. RewardMee does not guarantee a particular income, number of offers or acceptance rate.

8. Account closure and support

You may request account closure or exercise privacy rights by contacting support@rewardmee.com. Outstanding verified balances and pending investigations will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

9. Liability and applicable law

RewardMee aims to provide accurate information and a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Romanian law applies to the extent permitted by applicable consumer-protection rules, including mandatory protections in the user's country of residence.

10. Updates

Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Continued use after an effective update may be subject to applicable consent requirements. Contact Support for questions or disputes.
