Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026 · Website: rewardmee.com
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you use RewardMee. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. Data controller
RewardMee (rewardmee.com) is operated by an individual based in Romania. Contact: support@rewardmee.com. Before publication as a final GDPR notice, the individual controller's legally required identity and contact details must be supplied. The website name alone is not a legal identity.
2. Information we process
Depending on the features you use, data may include account name, email, password hashes, country, account and login timestamps, IP address and technical/browser information, offer identifiers and completion statuses, wallet ledger and withdrawal history, PayPal payout email, support correspondence, and security or fraud-prevention records. We do not ask you to send your PayPal password.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use account and transaction information to provide the service and administer rewards (performance of a contract); to meet accounting, fraud-related or other legal duties (legal obligation); to secure the service, prevent abuse and resolve disputes (legitimate interests, balanced against your rights); and, where required, to use non-essential cookies or send optional marketing (consent). Specific processing activities must be assessed against actual implementation.
4. Offer providers and payment partners
When you interact with offers, relevant identifiers and conversion information may be exchanged with third-party offerwall, survey and affiliate providers to attribute activity, confirm eligibility and prevent fraud. PayPal receives information necessary for payouts. Hosting, email, analytics and security service providers may process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. Their own privacy policies may also apply when you visit their services.
5. Cookies and tracking
Essential session and security cookies may be used to keep accounts signed in and protect transactions. Third-party offer attribution may use identifiers or tracking technologies subject to applicable law. Any non-essential cookies or tracking requiring consent must be disabled until valid consent is obtained. A separate cookie notice or consent interface may be needed after the live integrations are audited.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers must rely on a valid GDPR transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, together with necessary safeguards. The actual providers and transfer mechanisms must be verified before publication.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purposes, including account operation, payment records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Retention periods must be documented for the live systems. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Email support@rewardmee.com. You may also complain to Romania's data protection authority (ANSPDCP) or another competent supervisory authority.
9. Children
RewardMee is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact Support.
10. Changes
We may update this notice as our services or legal obligations change. Material updates will be communicated where required.
